Waar traditionele scholen en leermethodes gericht zijn op het vertellen van de juiste manier, cre\u00ebert Weathervane een situatie waarin jij zelf moet ontdekken wat werkt voor jou en je groep. Dit noemen we \u2018leren door te doen\u2019. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wij cre\u00ebren situaties die jouw groep uitdagen op mentaal, sociaal, co\u00f6peratief of fysiek niveau. Je kunt slagen, je kunt falen, maar elke ervaring brengt een leerproces met zich mee. We stimuleren reflectie door middel van boeiende gesprekken die niet alleen problemen oplossen, maar je ook dichter bij je collega\u2019s of mededeelnemers brengen. Dit doe je niet alleen. De coach helpt daarbij.
